We, at TRS, wish and hope for all of your HVAC and Refrigeration repairs/newly installed equipment to last for multiple years to come. Unfortunately, that may not be the case. These parts and equipment may fail at some point in the future. Here is our break down on what TRS warranties and what the manufactures will warranty.
All materials, parts, and equipment are warrantied by the manufactures or suppliers written warranty only. All labor performed by TRS is warrantied for 30 days from the day of the service or as otherwise indicated in writing. TRS makes no other warranties(expressed or implied) and its agents or technicians are not authorized to make any such warranties on behalf of TRS.

- 5 Year All Parts by Manufacturer
- 6-20 Year All Conditional Parts by Manufacturer Upon Customer Registration Online
- 1 Year Standard Labor & Materials Warranty by TRS
- 1 Year All Parts by Manufacturer Unless Written or Noted by Manufacturer
- 3 Year Parts & Labor by Manufacturer Unless Written or Noted by Manufacturer
