Our Mission

TRS Refrigeration Service Inc. is a family owned and operated business.

Joe Seljan Graduate from UTI in 1989 for HVAC and has been doing it ever since. He has worked all over the country building his experience and wide range of knowledge on various pieces of refrigeration, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment.

Joe was the first in the state of Arkansas to be NATE Certified and one of the first 100 in the country! Joe started TRS in 2005 after deciding to ensure that customers need to be taken care of the right way!

TRS services all of Central Arkansas including but not limited to Little Rock, North Little Rock, Benton, Bryant, Cabot, Conway Jacksonville, Maumelle, and Sherwood.

Tonya (Joe’s wife) helps run the office and his son, Dustin, sees that the day-to-day operations are running smoothly.
